A couple of weeks ago, Sage said that we were on the brink of some major OLTL news and he was absolutely right.
It has been confirmed that Roger Howarth is back as Todd Manning, possibly as early as December or January. Trevor St. John fans need not worry. You’re not going to lose your guy. Word is his job is secure and both actors will continue on the show.
Now THERE’s a reason to celebrate!"
Hope she is right.....this was written August 27, 2010......which was SO LONG AGO for US RH FANS.....almost two months without word. Of course, every day I am pulling a Milton Bittlecomb for every tidbit of info I can find on this topic....and I keep bringing up OLD SCRAPS. But....at least it's hopeful.
IF SON WAS RIGHT in the first place, we could be in for a surprise within two months.....and they could be keeping the lid on it for a purpose, which is to surprise us. I hope that's true, but I must say, I am losing hope. When would he start taping? IMHO, he'd be starting now, and that means people would see him around the studio and it would probably leak out. Sigh. Can't believe I want to know this so much!
I want to believe it too! I wonder who confirmed he is back. If they are keeping this under wraps they are doing a great job! I'll tell you Kim, that the way TSJ is acting lately there has to be something up. He is not a happy camper.
ReplyDeleteI don't watch, but I believe you. Everything on the SOC boards confirms your p.o.v. I guess I am just annoyed that we don't know yet!
ReplyDeleteJon Hensley from ATWT confirmed it to Nelson Branco to in one of his suds articles. Nelson had a sit down with Jon Hensley after ATWT ended and asked Jon about RH going to OL, and Jon said, "from all that I know, it's happening"......that is coming from a coworker of RH's at ATWT. So it wasn't just SON which is a good thing. Now, things can always fall through, but enough people had the idea that it was a done deal for me to think it's happening......just a question of when.

ReplyDeleteI am becoming hopeful again! There could be a number of reasons that they are being hush-hush about this. The most important one being that they want RH to come in with a bang! It could also have to do with contract negotiations.

ReplyDeleteEven though this article is dated August 27th it sounds pretty certain that he is returning. The other article as well concerning RH and KZ returning sounded pretty certain also. It just makes me believe that they are trying to keep it quiet.
ReplyDeleteThe one thing that nags at me is that RH's agent or he himself have not come out and said differently. I feel we'd have heard something, or a statement from him.
ReplyDeleteI am hoping the reason we haven't heard anything from RH or his agent is that they are all sworn to secrecy.
