"...in her puny little face." I always wonder, as I know you all do, what he invented and what was in the script. He's just utterly amazing with every breath. Sigh. Roger, I know I've asked before, but please, please grow your hair, please come back and don't forget the scar. And be nasty and dark as ever.
Todd's darkness has just begun in these scenes. Now being disfigured, his boyish good looks tarnished, he can REALLY do some damage to get back at the world that he blames for his own sickness. This scene is cool because it starts the Todd and Powell rivalry that leads to one of my very favorite Todd storylines.
The Powell and Kevin scene MAKES ME MISS Kirk G. more....and the relationships between all of these characters. Powell is desperate to get Kevin's friendship back. Kevin's urging to get Powell to tell about the rape is classic. Sean M. really makes me feel pity here. He's so dying to have a person who will still accept him. Powell is such a seeker....and in reality, he never finds.
Jason Webb! Hmmmm! Love him with his hair down and even better with a ponytail. Marty decides to trick Todd into confessing...however, isn't that entrapment?
"I gave Powell Lord the TURD a life!" LOL! Todd, you are brilliant. I see more and more why I loved Sawyer on Lost....I always say I am going to blog about that and one day I am. Todd's whole tirade about how Marty is to blame for his sins is great. "Looking like Freddy Kruger." Love those cultural references of the times!
"We all know that Todd is a loose cannon, right?" Girl, you have no idea! The Scooby Kids meeting (named by Juju) is kind of funny but it lightens the show a bit.
FAIL: Suede just stands out, imho, as the "one who can't act" in every scene. What were TPTB thiking back then? Well, I should say what are TPTB thinking even today....no names mentioned, of course.
