Well if looks like the "genie in the gardenshed" look for Todd......but I con't know show is in the shot with him with red on.......Ill guess it's sarah hat and say he's talking to cj and sara in the garden shed
Ok here's the reveal. This was Todd in jail talking to his lawyer before Marty gives him the alibi. The red is her shoulder, and if you look up, you see her dreds. :D
