Clip of the Day, January 19, 2011

Here we are!!! Another clip. Of course, I finished ALL of the TODD STORY AGAIN, and....I guess I'll be starting over once more.......! I probably will start right here, though, since I've seen this story recently.....my 7th viewing will be happening now, hopefully to be interrupted by the REAL DEAL on REGULAR TV soon!

More terror for Nora....Bo is trying his best to do what she wants and Todd's ready for action.

I forgot that this Christmas church scene existed! How strange that I missed it. See? Proof that the more you watch, the more you see and notice.

Clip Highlights: That SNARKY hand clap he does when Bo leaves! My God, his evil cackling, the knife comment, he's SO NASTY and VILE and totally scary! Nora pushes him over and he laughs himself silly. "It's better than cartoons!" "Nora honey, here I come!" "How do you like me now, Nora, how do you like me now!" OMG, he's simply terrifying. My mind questions, how can I LOVE this guy and HATE and FEAR him at the same time!???

This story was surely a variation on the typical Christmas type stories! Loved watching it the original time and all the other times as well!!!

FAIL: I am still convinced that Nora's nose would be working over time and there would be NO WAY she could not smell unkempt Todd standing feet in front of her, and Bo too, for that matter.

Sound off!

  1. Todd is completely with out mercy right now. but I 've got to give Nora a thumbs up when she gives Bo the movie reference to "Wait Until Dark". She knows Bo will figure it outas they are both classic movie buffs, that was a great movie ( a blind Audrey Hepburn being terrorized by a killer.)and an excellent nod from the writers at the time.

The Christmas scene with Powell and Rebecca was also interesting but what really drew me in about that scene was the bruise on Powell's right cheek that was such a reminder of Todd's scar, I'm not sure if it was intentional on the part of the writers but the bruise there was a defiinite precursor to the later story of Powell thinking he was Todd.
