I guess what really amazes me is how OLTL used to care so much about detail. Theme songs were written for characters and for pairings. Todd has his very own music, as you know. I've read that about 90% of the music used in the scenes was composed for the show. That does not include the music in this jukebox!!!
Today I discovered that for Todd and Blair, the writers kept continuity by bringing songs throughout their time together over the years. I found that their dance at the Fashion Show was the same song in the penthouse when they had their "second date" and he says goodbye to her before she goes off to the David caper. Unforgettable was carried almost ten years into their relationship. My Funny Valentine was also used throughout. These SMALL DETAILS are part of what made us love the show and the stories.
The jukebox has been updated again. I have a total of 36 tracks there right now, spanning 1993 to 2000 something. And there are plenty missing that I can gather as I watch! Enjoy!
