I am slowing down on these, because...well, for two obvious reasons.
1) I am busy....so busy that I can only make time to see Roger clips before bed when he's on
2) I know that we will need things to talk about later, when OLTL is off the air...as heartbreaking as that is.
So...here's a clip to talk about and view.
The talk at the beginning of this clip, regarding rape among the inmates, is fantastic. I think this is why OLTL was and is so great, detail. I mean, lately, it's been less great, but....Ray Martino has to be one of my fave side characters....I adored everything he did where Todd was concerned.
Love Todd one on one with Ray. So powerful.
Rebecca visits Todd, he's just not ready for it....and there she is.
"How are you?"
"Still around."
The scene progresses in a majorly powerful way, when he tells her to leave him and not return. Todd is SO great at this point. "You don't have to lose your soul, please." That's exactly what saves him; he does have one. Has to be ONE of the best exchanges between he and Rebecca.
Love Roger Howarth, and we are so fortunate to have him back.
