"Disney's (NYSE:DIS) ABC has sold the online rights to "One Life to Live" and "All My Children," two long-running soap operas scheduled to go off the air this fall, as part of a deal with Prospect Park, a TV, film and music company. The soaps may pick up where they left off on a TV-focused online network. Prospect Park is said to be finalizing its current round of funding for its Hulu-style venture in the next month to 45 days, but financial terms are not available."
