Todd is on the Case (Friday’s Episode, May 11, 2012)

Todd was charming Carly, trying to get a discount on his room rate, and asking who could convict this face?  Who, indeed! Todd told Carly he was in town because he missed her scones and to be there for Starr.  (Was it in Serial Drama, where she wrote that at least one of the differences between Sonny and Todd was Todd’s sense of humor?)  When he told Carly his ex-wife was in town to help Starr, Carly asked if it was Blair. Todd explained about his “other” ex-wife who was representing Starr, and that she had been married to his brother. Carly told him about Kate’s illness and said he probably never heard of D.I.D.  Todd didn’t answer.  He said that he’s hurt everyone who’s ever cared about him. Blair was mad at him, he confessed, and probably would not be happy about him being near Starr. Carly convinced him that he had a right to be with Starr.

Meanwhile, at the police station, Starr filled Tea in on the whole story. Starr added her believe in Johnny’s innocence. Tea insisted on checking out Starr’s holding cell.  On the way, Starr saw Kate and recognized her.  It seems that Alexis, who is representing Kate, and Tea are aware of the others’ reputation.

Everyone was at the police station that day.  Even Johnny came down to try to help out Starr. Todd, after registering at the Metro Court, and possibly helping himself to a scone, headed back to the police station. Outside a door he heard Kate confess that Connie might have been the one who shot out the tires.  I wonder what he’ll do with that information.
