Finally, our MAN is back in the scenes! YAY!

Well, Luna gets a lot more than she bargained for here...it still makes ZERO sense that she went to see him. I love the "heart to heart" between Max and Powell. I love how Max just bares it all to help save Luna here. Max just makes an awesome case to Powell the Pure, and you gotta love that miserable music they used. I miss those old tunes. They worked wonders.

Then it switches quickly to Todd's evil music. Mwuuuaaahhh! I don't really care for Todd when he's DEEPLY evil, I like him evil with that vulnerability better. That comes later during the prison times and beyond. He's a miserable creep from the start of his time on OLTL to the time in the tabernacle with Marty. Once he goes on the run with Rebecca, I start REALLY falling for him! Of course, I am one of those saps who loves him when he's plotting against Llanview in the Lord Heir story - he's a creep and dangerous but still a vulnerable love muffin. However, though I know there is so much contraversy about him during those times with Blair, I still love it. The time I think, though, that illustrates what I mean about a great combination of vulnerable and evil was after he returned from Ireland. He did some really nasty things, but you still love him because he's so messed up. My ultimate example: the Georgie storyline and aftermath. I don't think any human being could watch those scenes and not pity this character, from him ranting "no one talks about my father" to his time with Tea in the garden shed, to his DID story.

So clearly, I digress, he's NOT his vulnerable self in these eps!

Sweatband useless. Surprise! New idea, surprise! Todd is dying, surprise! Peter the Hate comes in, surprise! Luna put herself in total danger even stepping inside Todd's room with the accusations against her. I did not like this part of the story at all. But, our boy makes it through! After all, he has a huge pile of fan mail waiting for him!!!

FAIL: When he sits up and chokes her, I can't help but crack up, because it's rather unrealistic and funny, especially since it's her. LOL. Then he immediately falls back down. This always struck me as a funny moment for some reason. I can't believe Kevin doesn't suggest that they try and get Powell to confess or at least work on it.
