"ABC/Disney further insulted fans of cancelled daytime dramas "One Life to Live" and "All My Children" earlier this week when the network released a statement that Randall Barone had been promoted.
The press release detailed that Barone, for the past year and a half, "was instrumental in the creation and development of 'The Chew,'" the "lifestyle" show that has already taken the time slot of the nearly 42-year-old "All My Children.""
Ugh.
