Rich Frank and Jeff Kwatinetz of Prospect Park have just announced the name of their upcoming internet delivered network. THE Online Network (TOLN) ® plans to launch in January 2012. Their goal is to eventually provide viewers with a full programming selection of first-run, long form content on an anytime, anywhere basis.
