Just wanted to say that yesterday I received an email in response to one I send to Kassie. She asked me for a link to one of my mvids that I had previously asked her to watch. I was so excited that she responded; she's really a down-to-earth person like everyone says she is.
Needless to say I was thrilled. Thanks Kassie, for caring so much about the fans.
