Blair’s Arrival – Friday, March 2, 2012

At the hospital, Michael was at Starr’s bedside, as she continued to sleep. He knew she had questions, but he was still worried that his dad might be responsible.

Outside her room, Blair was asking for Starr. Epiphany told Blair about Cole and Hope and where Starr was. Blair ran to Starr and Michael introduced himself. He assured Blair he hadn’t told Starr about Hope and Cole. Blair thanked him for that. He called her Mrs. Manning, but Blair corrected him, “I’m Blair Kramer,” she said. They both agreed that Starr is brave. But Blair went to her, stroking her head and telling her she was there for her.

When Michael told Blair about what had happened and that there was another car, Blair wanted to know who was driving. Michael tried to get out of it by saying he hadn’t seen the other driver. But he finally confessed it was Anthony Zacchara (which meant nothing to Blair) and that PCPD had not yet found him. Michael explained that his brother was a cop. Blair wanted to know what the police were doing. Michael said they were probably going to bring him in for questioning. Blair couldn’t believe that was all. “What aren’t you telling me?” she asked Michael. Just then Starr called for her. The first thing Starr wanted to know was where Hope and Cole were.

At Kelly’s, Luke comforted Anna. She said though it was so unfair that Robin should die. She added that Robin was the best thing she and Robert had ever done. Luke said Robin was strong and self reliant thanks to her parents. Anna, crying, said she was also brilliant and headstrong.

Luke wanted to know more about the explosion. Anna said it was a “combination of random mishaps.” (Not all Maxi’s fault, I guess.) Luke told her not to dwell on the ‘what ifs.’ She was afraid Robert was immersed in them, thinking he should have saved Robin. Anna was worried he would do something stupid, after she recounted what happened at the morgue. Then she showed Luke the text she got from Robert which said, “I’m sorry, I can’t do this. Good bye.”

Anna appealed to Luke’s friendship with Robert and asked if Luke knew where Robert would have gone. Luke thought he might know . . .

Robert was standing on the outer ledge of a bridge when Luke found him. In typical Luke-style, he asked if Robert was enjoying the view.

Bits and pieces:

* Dante found a gun in Kate’s office.

* Seems like I’ve seen this before: Jason recuperating. Carly and Sam fighting.

* Edward found out about Robin and was very saddened by the loss. I am, too.

I just can’t wait for Monday’s episode!
